Custom Engineering & Fabrication

Designed Equipment Corp. has been a manufacturing and scaffolding access company from its inception. We build all of our rigging components and modular platform, allowing DEC to customize equipment for specialty projects on the fly. In 2018 Designed Equipment custom-designed a parapet-mounted mono-rail system for glass installation at NEMA. The process took five days from project inception, design, manufacturing, and installation. No supplier in Chicago can perform at this level.
